The scorecard asks 15 questions across five categories — lead generation, sales and follow-up, reputation, website, and operations. Each answer maps to a 0-to-1 score; a category’s score is the average of its answers on a 100-point scale, and the overall grade averages every answer equally.
The two lowest-scoring categories are flagged as your priorities, because fixing the weakest link usually moves revenue more than improving something you’re already good at. Your answers are scored live and the grading rubric is identical for every business — no weighting tricks.
