These are the terms for using foundersresource.com and buying our services. They are written to be read, not skimmed past. Using the site or buying something means you agree to them.

What we sell
Marketing help for home-service businesses: the Growth Checkup, the Growth Blueprint, website build and maintenance, automation management, monthly advising, ads management, and The Growth Playbook. Each service page and the pricing page describe what's included. If a written proposal or invoice says something different, the proposal or invoice wins.

100% money-back guarantee. Doesn't surface 3 concrete growth levers? Every cent back. Refund requests are honored for 7 days after delivery.
In practice: you pay $147, complete the intake, and get a personal Loom walkthrough and a written plan in 5–7 business days. If that plan does not give you 3 concrete growth levers, tell us at Chase@foundersresource.com and we refund the full $147.
This guarantee applies to the Growth Checkup only. Other services carry the terms in their proposal or invoice.
Checkup credit
Your $147 Checkup fee is credited toward any larger service you book with us within 30 days of receiving your Checkup. A refunded Checkup carries no credit.
Payment
One-time services are paid up front. Monthly services are billed monthly. Some monthly services have a short minimum term; it is stated before you sign. After any minimum, you can cancel with 30 days' written notice.
What you own
You own the plan, the website content, the ad accounts, and the data we create for you, once paid for. We may keep copies of our own templates, processes, and tools. We may describe work we did for you in general terms; we won't name you without permission.
The ebook
The Growth Playbook is licensed to you for your own business. Please don't resell it or post it publicly. Service packages include the book. If you buy the book first, your $27 credits toward the Growth Checkup or any service. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Email chase@foundersresource.com. Sales are handled on the ebook page.
No results promises
Marketing depends on your market, your pricing, your follow-up, and things nobody controls. We don't guarantee rankings, lead counts, or revenue. We do guarantee the work described above.

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your Checkup or project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Details are in our privacy policy.
Free tools and content
The calculators, scorecard, blog, and guides are general information, not advice specific to your situation. Check the numbers against your own books before acting on them.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to what you paid us for the service in question. We aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Montana, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Missoula County, Montana.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top. The version in force when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
