This is the plain-English version of how we handle your information. No legalese for the sake of it. If something here isn't clear, ask us.
“We” and “Founders Resource” mean Founders Resource, LLC. You can reach us at Chase@foundersresource.com.
What we collect
What you type into a form. Name, email, phone, business name, and whatever you tell us about your business when you start a Growth Checkup, use a free tool, buy the ebook, or send a contact message.
Basic usage data. Pages visited, rough location, device and browser type, and the page that sent you here. We use Google Analytics for this. It uses cookies. We don't sell this data.
Where you came from. If a link carries campaign tags or a trade name (for example, a link from one of our industry pages), we store that with your submission so we know what you were looking at.
How we use it
- To deliver what you asked for: a Growth Checkup, a tool result, a reply.
- To contact you about that request by email, phone, or text.
- To send occasional emails about Founders Resource. You can unsubscribe any time.
- To understand which pages are useful and fix the ones that aren't.
Texting consent
When you share your phone number on the Growth Checkup form, you agree to get text messages from Founders Resource about your Checkup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Your consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the business: form and database hosting (Supabase), site hosting (Vercel), analytics (Google), the tools we use to email and text, and Stripe, which processes ebook purchases. They process your data on our behalf and aren't allowed to use it for their own marketing. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay in our records so we can serve you and look back at past work. Ask us and we'll delete yours.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from email with the link in any message.
- Reply STOP to any text.
- Email Chase@foundersresource.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you.
- Block cookies in your browser. The site still works.

This site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
